Ricky Lim Managing Director, South Asia, TBCASoft Inc
Ricky Lim is a seasoned financial technology and payments executive with over two decades of leadership across banking, payments, and financial market infrastructure in Asia. He is currently the Managing Director for South Asia at TBCASoft, a global fintech driving next-generation cross-border NFC and QR person-to-merchant (P2M) payments using blockchain-based technology. He supported the NEXUS multi-lateral payments development under the leadership of the BIS Innovation Hub, and previously served as CEO of Banking Computer Services (BCS) under the NETS Group, where he led the transformation of Singapore’s national payments infrastructure.
He was instrumental in building and launching FAST and PayNow, which have become the backbone of Singapore’s real-time payments ecosystem. At NETS, he also helmed the Merchant Business, driving QR acceptance innovation, launching NETSPay, and leading cross-border QR payment integrations with major corridors including China, Malaysia, Thailand, and India. He pioneered the world’s first cloud-based cross-border real-time payments network, linking proxy-based payment systems across Asia’s key trading markets.

Emli Faizul Bin Jano Deputy Director, Group Payment Operations, MBSB Bank
With over 25 years in the Malaysian banking industry, currently the Deputy Director of Group Payment Operations at MBSB Bank since 2015.
Leads the Local RTGS (Rentas) and SWIFT Cross-Border Payment teams, bringing extensive expertise from previous roles at Maybank and Alliance Bank in treasury and payment operations.
Proven track record in managing high-impact transformation projects, including successfully leading MBSB Bank’s ISO 20022 migration in May 2023 and spearheading ongoing enhancements to the bank’s Payment Hub for integration with retail payments, Treasury, and Trade Finance systems.

Edouard Joliveau Product Lead - Swift Connectivity and Value Added Services, Bottomline
Edouard brings extensive experience across technology, business analysis, and product management to his role as Product Lead for Swift Connectivity and Value-Added Services at Bottomline. He works with financial institutions to strengthen Swift capabilities, modernise cross-border payment connectivity, and support the industry’s transition to real-time, interoperable systems.

Soe Laminn Thaw Marketing Manager, APAC, Bottomine
Thaw leads marketing strategy for Bottomline across the APAC region, with a focus on payments messaging, orchestration, and connectivity, including real-time domestic and cross-border payments. She brings hands-on insight into the region’s complex and fast-evolving financial landscape, and regularly contributes perspectives through regional articles, integrated campaigns, and industry conversations. She has led numerous webinars and hosted in-person events across Cambodia, Thailand, Mongolia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, working closely with banks and financial institutions to understand and represent the priorities shaping the region.
